Special Program Features

This is a cumulative program over 8 "rolling quarters". This determines the level at which you are able to purchase. Macromedia will combine your points for the previous 8 quarters so it is possible for your purchase level to fluctuate. This applies to the Corporate VLO program only.

Reorder Policy

You can reorder at anytime with as little as 0 points. This applies to the Corporate VLO program only. See the Special Program Features section for additional information on accumulating purchases.

Upgrade Protection (How program works)

Software Subscription will provide upgrade protection for a 2 yr. period. The price is prorated every six months to allow all users to stay on the same schedule. This can only be purchased with the license.

Tech Support

Macromedia offers three levels of premium tech support:

    Bronze: 5 telephone and email incidents, 4 hour response time

    Silver: unlimited telephone and email incidents, 4 hour response time

    Gold: unlimited telephone and email incidents, 2 hour response time

All of these options are available for a one year term which can then be renewed annually.
